HOMESTAY ÚT TRINH

ÚT TRINH HOMESTAY is one of the three properties operated under the Út Trinh Homestay group (Út Trinh, Út Bình, and Út Quỳnh). The traditional house was restored and opened to tourists in 2012. It was the first homestay in the region to receive the ASEAN Tourism Award in 2017.

The homestay has a total of 22 rooms (including 8 newly built rooms), with a maximum capacity of 80 guests. Room configurations include:

• 5 rooms with 1 double bed = 2 guests per room

• 5 rooms with 2 single beds = 2 guests per room

• 12 rooms with 1 double bed and 1 single bed = 3 guests per room

✿ INCLUDED SERVICES: Dinner, an air-conditioned room, and breakfast.

✿ FREE TRADITIONAL MUSIC PERFORMANCE: Groups of more than 10 guests receive one complimentary performance of Đờn Ca Tài Tử, traditional Southern Vietnamese music performed by oil-lamp light. For groups of fewer than 10 guests, the performance costs VND 1,000,000 per show.
